Jordan Road is a street of the Riverview Park area in East Billerica, running about 1,500 feet west from George Brown Street to a turning circle, between Donald Road and Whipple Road. It was laid out on "Shawsheen River Pines, Billerica, Mass., Unit No. 1," drawn in May 1947 by John Thomas Brown, surveyor, of Twombley Avenue, North Billerica, for Harry and Jeanne Shotz, approved by the town's Board of Survey on June 2, 1947 and recorded on June 4, 1947 (Plan Book 70, Plan 88). The plan replatted part of the old Riverview Park lots of 1912 in house lots of 7,500 square feet. Jordan Road, 40 feet wide, runs on it between Donald Road and Whipple Road from the road then marked Salem Road, now George Brown Street, past Coolidge Street to Norman Street, now Norman Road. Like Donald, Marilyn and Freddy Roads on the same plans it bears a given name; the plans do not say whose, and the origin of the name was not found.

The assessors date one house on the street to about 1940, before the plan was drawn, two to 1955 and most of the rest to the 1960s. A water main was laid in Jordan Road in 1956. The street was offered for acceptance at the annual town meeting of 1971 but was not accepted, and it was graded in 1972 and 1975. On April 22, 1975 the annual town meeting voted to accept "the laying out of Jordan Road from Brown Street to a circle at the end of a way 40 feet wide and 1550 more or less long." The Street Acceptance Committee advised against acceptance unless $29,000 was appropriated; it was stated "there is a drainage problem and that the street had been laid out in 1947." An amendment to raise the $29,000 was lost, and the acceptance carried, 77 to 39. The Highway Department graded the street and did drainage work on it in 1976.
